Our Story
Two Guys, One Mission: The Best Mexican Food in Cibolo
Erick's Tacos & Fruteria #2 started the way most great taquerias do — with family, a griddle, and a recipe worth sharing. Today it's a full-on restaurant and bar with a taco-truck soul, where Erick and his son work the line every day chasing the same goal: unbeatable tacos, made fresh, served with pride. Regulars say it best — people drive in from San Antonio just to sit at the bar, catch a game, and order another round of birria.
The kitchen turns out birria and Oaxaca cheese tacos with rich consomé for dipping, sizzling fajitas fresh off the grill, and comfort classics like carne guisada, chilaquiles, and tortas piled high. Out front, the fruteria side of the house keeps things cool with hand-cut fruit cups, shaved ice, and aguas frescas blended fresh in-house — the perfect finish on a hot Texas afternoon.
Every table gets the same welcome: warm chips, house salsa, and a staff that genuinely wants you to leave happy. It's a family-owned spot that still feels like one, and it shows in every plate that leaves the kitchen.
